The hotel is conveniently located near downtown, making it easy to explore the charming streets of Arco. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with spacious bathrooms that had modern amenities. the staff was friendly and provided daily housekeeping service. the buffet breakfast offered a good variety of options including meats, cheeses, pastries, and toast. the hotel also had a lovely pool area with a garden where guests could relax and enjoy a drink.
Some guests mentioned that the towels provided were thin and hard.

Veganima, set within 5 minutes' walk, was the best for dining. Good base for a vacation in Arco.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! Super clean, great value, and good food. I opted for the all-inclusive plan and it was fantastic. The breakfast and dinner were amazing, and there's even an open bar after 12 with a variety of drinks to choose from. The hotel also has a lovely outdoor area next to the pool where you can relax and enjoy a drink. The room itself was perfect and spacious. this hotel is a peaceful and enjoyable place to stay.

I stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and had an amazing experience. The location was perfect, being near downtown and all the attractions. The room I had was quite big and had a nice terrace to the entrance. It was great to relax and unwind after a long day. The staff here provided excellent service, from the room service to the housekeeping. They were always there to assist with any needs or questions I had. The hotel also had a beautiful garden area where I could sit and enjoy a drink. the comfort and quality services provided made my stay here enjoyable and memorable.
I highly recommend this hotel to my friends.

The hotel is located in a pretty town with lots of character and history, making for a charming city trip. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the daily made service was a nice touch. The staff at the hotel were friendly and welcoming, providing a pleasant atmosphere throughout our stay.
instead of fruit juice, squash was served, which was not to our preference. The all-inclusive drinks offered were free, but the selection was limited and did not include any British options.

The hotel offered an all, inclusive plan, which was a lifesaver during my Easter break. the parking was easily accessible and made our stay more convenient. the room was quite spacious and had a lovely terrace with an amazing view.
The buffet breakfast was more of an Italian cuisine, which was not of my liking. the drinks included in the all, inclusive plan were very basic and did not have any variety.
